The car has to be delivered from another dealership, arriving a day later than expected, however Hayden kept me in the loop throughout. Despite being short staffed the car was spotless & the handover detailed & unrushed

All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Tristan was great. Kept me up to date with the delivery process and was brilliant at the handover. The bouquet of flowers as it was my birthday was a lovely touch.

It was easy to arrange the service. I got regular updates before and during it, including the technician's name (Stuart) and a very comprehensive video showing the work done. The service adviser on the day (David) was friendly, polite and thorough.

Natasha and the team were great they looked after us very well, our car was kept a bit longer than planned, but we're glad the work was completed. I like bringing my car over to Harrogate Stratstone as we're always looked after.

I was told it would take 1 hour 30. I dropped off the car at 10.30am as agreed. At 11:40am I recieved a text to say tmy car was about to be allocated to a technician. 2.5 hours later I arrived to collect my car to be told no one had even started it.

I pay a premium price to have my 7-year-old 5 Series serviced at a franchised dealer, so, I expect a premium service in return. My recent visit to Starstone Harrogate was excellent (though expensive).

It was refreshing to deal with people who cared. Compared to the dealer i dealt with for my previuos vehicl, a Jaguar, they were light years ahead in the service given. Nothing was to much triuble and the staff went out of their way, in my opinion.

BMW Harrogate we're sympathetic to my dissatisfaction regarding the issues surrounding the wheel alignment and did everything within their remit to resolve the situation but ultimately BMW policy would not agree to carry out the work under warranty.
